ATM&Bitcoin Need To Know

If you are a winner in the ATM&Bitcoin Lotto, you must provide your first and last name, your e-mail address and your postal address. You may from time-to-time be required to provide additional information, which may include confirming your Qualification number.

You are responsible for claiming any prizes that you may win as further described below. The receipt of emails from Bitcoin&ATM INC ® is required for your participation in and to claim prizes. You will be notified if the email address was chosen to claim your prizes. If we are unable to contact you or you do not recieve an email from us, that means you did not qualify.

All emails are attached to a Qualification number, If an entry identically matches your qualification numbers randomly , that entry will be awarded the Grand Prize, pending eligibility and verification of the details. Failure to provide the Qualification number shall result in forfeiture. The Qualification number must match in our database for the date that the prize was awarded and must also match the player information. Once a prize claim has been verified and this information has been matched, all prize winners will receive additional instructions by mail.

Lucky winners,would be required to Lgalize and Notarize Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to ATM INc., within thirty (30) days following the date of the attempted mail notification. All of these winners must also provide picture proof of identification to ATM Inc., which may include a driver's license, passport, a voting card or similar government issued photo identification.  Failure to provide all requisite information within this time period may, sole and absolute discretion, result in prize forfeiture.
